Pre-school enjoying their daily yoga session with some demonstrations from Mel, this encourages a sense of relaxation alongside listening skills with some therapeutic music & visual cards to show us various positioning & stretches. ‘Yoga has proved it improves balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity in children. Yoga and mindfulness offer psychological benefits for children of all ages such as improved focus, memory, self- esteem & behaviour’
